Elite Health
Is everyone’s right.
It starts with a healthy gut and a healthy heart.
IMPROVING PERFORMANCE THROUGH INNOVATION
“Unlock Your Potential Today”

Five things you should know about your heart
It will beat at least 95,000 times a day and pump 1,392 gallons of blood and push that blood nearly 14,364 miles throughout your body! That’s about 42 million times a year. Its sole purpose is to pump a fresh supply of healthy blood to your vital organs so that you can stay alive. All your vital organs are dependent on the heart pumping healthy blood to them 24/7.
What makes your heart beat?

Healthy Gut | Day 18, 19 and 20
We are heading to London to start to begin to develop and coach our new team members towards creating an Elite Health Team. During our time in London we will also be meeting a Dr from Birmingham who specialises in thoracic patient’s and a London Businessman.

A Healthy Gut Equals a Healthy Heart and Body | Day 17
As predicted being on the road was going to make things difficult for a few days but I’ve seen the time when I simply would have given up until my motivation returned to start again and any progress that I would have been made would have been lost to the mother of all evils, procrastination.

A Healthy Gut Equals a Healthy Heart and Body | Day 16
I hope the world will keep learning from his legacy, maybe an idea would be a Stephen Hawking Day? Not for a holiday but a day where we are all encouraged to take something from his teachings #justathought.

Healthy Gut | Day 15 Inflammation
Another GMB news headline today was “too much salt can cause high blood pressure and lead to heart disease”. OMG groundbreaking news, really this is a drum that’s been so well banged I believe even smokers have now cut down on salt.

Healthy Gut | Day 14
Yesterday I talked about Weight Management & Obesity and some tests that had been carried out using the Microbiome from twins, one who was overweight the other thin. The results were straight forwards enough the microbiome from the lean human twin stayed lean. And, the host with the microbiome from the overweight human twin gained weight and stored fat.

Healthy Gut Obesity | Day 13
Coming back to “people have choices” this has been what this blog has been about since the day I started writing it back in 2010. Lifestyle design, Lifestyle choice and today eight years on my purpose has not changed, however with eight years more knowledge and a team of great people around me, including over a dozen PHD’s I can give better information than I could back in 2010.

Healthy Gut D3 | Day 12
So what’s making the news headlines today regarding health matters? All shocking news for the NHS again. Child Died After Being Turned Away By GP For Being Late, Man dies ‘due to overcrowding’ at A&E department and so it goes on and will continue to do until a radical rethink of the purpose of the NHS is undertaken.

Healthy Gut | Day 11
Individual humans are about 99.9% identical to one another as it relates to their human genes. However, they could be 80-90% different from one another in terms of their Microbiome. And while the microbial communities of your skin, your mouth, and your reproductive areas are important, it’s the Microbiome of the gut or abdominal cavity that plays the greatest role in determining your overall health.

Healthy Gut | Day 10
Over the last 15 years this seems to have been exacerbated by the number of so called experts who are given media space to make their claims on the back of more and more people who are looking for the ultimate solution to better health, #EliteHealth.
