I was with a group of Asian Families in London at the weekend and the subject of “how do you know when chest pain is a heart attack?” came up.
In my in box this morning was an article on the very subject. I think you will find this useful and as I have always said if you are in any doubt and the pain starts to make you feel sick and you start to perspire call 999. 1/3rd of all fatal heart attacks don’t make it to hospital on time and that number could be reduced if people reacted quicker.
