Healthy Heart Diet and OMEGA 3
In the last article I posted I said that I supplemented with OMEGA 3 to keep my heart healthy and as part of a balanced healthy diet. I also said that I didn’t buy just any $2 tub of the stuff and I don’t.
There are two major health advantages that you need to consider.
1. A higher, concentrated, consistent dosage. Check EPA 760 and DHA 380 at least.
2. No risk of mercury or PCB contamination when you select a molecularly distilled omega 3 supplement.
Ask your health food shop for their advice and if thay can’t give it guess what you do? Yip go to another shop that can. I will keep you posted on all matters relating to Healthier Lifestyles.
